The latest edition of Caribbean Home heads to a listing by St Barth Properties Sotheby’s International Realty in the French Caribbean’s capital of cool.

Villa Auréve, a four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa in the Dévé neighbourhood of the island, is listed for just under $13.75 million.

The property includes everything from a media room and a gym to a walk-in refrigeration unit and a wine cellar.

But it’s the terrace that really stands out, with a spectacular view of the green hillsides that make St Barth what it is.

In other words, it’s the perfect French Caribbean hideaway.
