Cayman Premier Visits Kimpton Hotel Construction Site

Cayman Premier Alden McLaughlin and Deputy Premier Moses Kirkconnell recently toured the construction site of the new Kimpton hotel project in Grand Cayman.

The $240 million project is located on Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman; it is expected to open in 2016.

The project, which is being developed by Dart Realty, is located on an 11-acre site. It includes a main hotel building and a condominium building a further 500 feet back.

The property will also include six beachfront bungalows and other amenities.

The site includes 475 feet of frontage on Seven Mile Beach.
