Caribbean Home: St Lucia’s Villa Atlantis Hits the Market

St Lucia’s Villa Atlantis has officially hit the market, Angad Singh, associate broker at Sotheby’s International Realty in Rodney Bay Village, tells Caribbean Home.

The Gros Islet villa is set 210 feet above sea level, with a 70-foot infinity pool, 8,000 square feet of living space and almost 4,000 square feet of patio space.

The property, located in the Cap Estate community near Rodney Bay, has a total of six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms on a 2.86-acre lot.

Built of dry stack stone, the property has a kind of Tuscany-meets-the-Caribbean feel.

Sotheby’s International Realty is the exclusive agent for the sale.
