St Kitts’ Ocean Terrace Inn is planning to reopen its doors on March 1, 2015 following an extensive renovation.

The property received a $5 million loan from the St Kitts and Nevis Sugar Industry Diversification Foundation for its upgrade project.

The hotel, which is the oldest boutique property in St Kitts and Nevis, is undergoing a renovation to 50 rooms and suites.

The four-star property will include free Wi-Fi and a new, brighter look, it said.

The hotel tapped New York-based Richard Williams & Associates to rebrand and manage its transformation.
