The island of Curacao has a new hotel, the ACOYA Hotel Suites and Villas.

The property, which became fully operational in November, is part of the Choice Hotels Caribbean portfolio.

The 200-room property is set on 10 acres.

“We are an exclusive vacation home rental resort with hotel services,” said Henry Martijn, sales manager at ACOYA. “Being part of Choice Hotels International, especially as an Ascend Hotel Collection member, helps us, for sure, to increase our presence in the North American market.”

ACOYA is located just outside of Willemstad on the southeastern portion of the island.
