Jamaica’s Goldeneye resort is most famous as the former home of James Bond creator Ian Fleming, and boasts a loyal following of effortlessly elegant travelers who converge at its oceanfront Bizot Bar to sip cocktails and take in the view. Although there might not be a Goldeneye visit in your future, you can still sip like the hip with the bar’s signature version of the classic rum punch, which is served, of course, shaken, not stirred.

Goldeneye Special

Ingredients

3 shots Blackwell rum
2 shots simple syrup
1 shot lime juice
1 shot pineapple juice
ice

Method

Shake all ingredients together and pour into a tumbler. Garnish with orange and pineapple slices.
