St Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister Dr Denzil Douglas arrived in Cuba on Monday for an official visit to the Caribbean country.
Douglas, who was welcomed by Cuban Deputy Foreign Minister Rogelio Sierra at Jose Marti Airport, will be in the country until Thursday.
On the agenda for Douglas are meetings with officials including President Raul Castro and the opening ceremony of the new St Kitts and Nevis embassy in Havana.
Douglas’ office said he would also be paying tribute to Cuban national hero Jose Marti during his visit.
