Renowned Chef Gianfranco Chiarini has designed a new menu at Churchill’s at the Grand Lucayan resort in Grand Bahama.
Chiarini, who has worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe, specializes in Italian Nouvelle Fusion cuisine. His culinary career has taken him to restaurants including the two-Michelin-star Carre des Feuillants in Paris and La Pergola in Rome (which has three Michelin stars).
The broad new menu includes everything from wild-caught Queen Conch and vegetables finished with coconut cream to saltimbocca with salmon and Prosciutto di Parma.
The resort said the menu would be modified periodically by Chiarini to “showcase the best of each season.”
The partnership with Chiarini involved a collaboration between the resort and the World Gourmet Society Festival.
