I’m just back from Antigua’s Curtain Bluff, where bartender Dino whipped me up a Melon Twister, one of the venerable all-inclusive’s signature cocktails.

It might be chilly where you are right now, but this tangy thirst quencher is guaranteed to put you in a Caribbean state of mind. Bottoms up!

1 shot white rum (Curtain Bluff pours CSR)
half shot melon liqueur
quarter shot sour mix
2 ounces pineapple juice

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.
2. Pour into a highball glass and garnish with a cherry and pineapple chunk.
3. Enjoy!
