Consider it your Moment of Beach. Our new feature, Caribbean Beach, will take you across the shorelines of the region, from the pink sands of Bermuda to the black-sand beaches of St Lucia, offering ways to make your island experience better, whether you’re a local or a traveler.

Our inaugural Caribbean Beach travels to Cabbage Beach, one of our top 10 beaches for 2013, a quiet enclave on the edge of the famous Paradise Island.

The trick to enjoying this beach, of course, is to make your way down the beach, away from the large Atlantis and Riu resorts, and down past the One & Only Ocean Club and the Paradise Island Beach Club.

It’s there that you’ll find your quiet, calm patch of beautiful Bahamian beach.

Enjoy the sand.
