Guatemala Foreign Minister Visits Guyana

Guatemalan Foreign Minister Luis Fernando Carrera Castro led a delegation to Guyana this week.

Castro held high-level talks with Guyana Foreign Minister Carolyn Rodrigues-Birkett and

His visit was part of a wider regional tour that included a stop in Trinidad and Tobago this week.

Castro led a delegation including Karla Gabriela Samayoa Recarl, director of international bilateral relations of Guatemala, and CArlos Raul Morales Moscoso, Guatemala’s Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Guatemalan Ambassador to Guyana Guisela Godinez Sazo also took part in the talk with Rodrigues-Birkett.
