St Lucia’s BodyHoliday resort is partnering with German cosmetic doctor Michael Prager, the resort announced on Monday.

The move marks the first partnership outside of Europe for Prager, who is considered one of the leading practitioners of cosmetic medicine in Europe.

“We are delighted to be collaborating with Dr. Michael Prager, who is a world leader in the field of cosmetic medicine,” said Andrew Barnard, director of the BodyHoliday. “The BodyHoliday is both a wellness break and a holiday destination and we want guests to have the opportunity to work on any area of their life.”

The partnership will see Prager visit the resort twice each year for a clinic. The BodyHoliday will also offer Prager’s skin treatments.

The 155-room resort recently underwent a $20 million overhaul, which included the opening of a beauty salon, Eve, at its wellness center.
