The $10 million Imperial Bay Beach and Golf Residences on Half Moon Bay in St Kitts broke ground on Monday.

The project, which was launched last November, will be managed and operated by Faron Lawrence, a native of St Kitts and Nevis.

The developer is Imperial Bay Beach & Golf Residences, Ltd, a locally-registered company owned by a partnership in Dubai. Sirous Motevassel is its principal partner.

“The condos feature 6 buildings, with two- and three–story contemporary and traditional styled single units; the buildings are positioned to take advantage of the most striking view of sister island of Nevis, the lake and golf course with astounding ocean breezes and rippled rugged Atlantic Ocean,” Lawrence said.

It’s the latest new project to break ground in St Kitts, following the Golden Rock Commercial Park development last month.
