World-renowned Spanish Chef Jose Andres is continuing his series of video features about the gastronomy of Haiti.

Andres, who was in Haiti this week for a visit with Tourism Minister Stephanie Villedrouin, filmed segments for a feature on the northern portion of the country.

The Chef released a teaser video, dubbed “HaEATi,” at the end of 2012.

The project is a partnership with the Ministry of Tourism and is being filmed by the What Took You So Long Foundation.

The chef, who recently opened the Mi Casa eatery at the Ritz-Carlton Reserve Dorado Beach in Puerto Rico, also caught up with Nigerian director Jeta Amata, who is currently in Haiti filming a movie about Haitian founding father Toussaint Louverture.

Amata was recently named a goodwill ambassador for the country.
