CARICOM, Canada Meet

CARICOM and Canada solidified diplomatic ties today, meeting with the new Canadian Ambassador to CARICOM, David Devine. Devine, who is also the Canadian High Commissioner to Guyana, met with Secretary General Irwin LaRocque after his meeting with Tourism Minister Maniram Prashad earlier this week.
