Virgin Gorda’s Oil Nut Bay Is Expanding

The Oil Nut Bay luxury development on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands is expanding.

The real estate community has announced that it is designing and building new move-in ready villas on several lots.

Multiple spec homes are already in the works, including Estate Lot 3 and Estate Lot 19, the property said.

The villas will include custom-designed four- and six-bedroom villas, respectively.

Oil Nut Bay is located on 300 acres bordering the Caribbean Sea in Virgin Gorda.
