Developer Scott Caines will launch a new commercial park project in St Kitts this week.

Golden Rock Commercial Park will be located “less than a block” east of the Robert L Bradshaw International Airport, according to the company’s Web site.

The park will be built in five phases, with the total built-up area approaching 281,000 square feet, including a 20,000-square=-foot supermarket area.

The project will also include corporate buildings, a commercial area, a rooftop restaurant and lounge, private residences and an amphitheatre.

The commercial component will include 140 units ranging between 1,000 and 1,200 square feet. The project’s residential component will consist of 36 two-bedroom condominium units, each around 1,350 square feet.

The company said it is approved for St Kitts and Nevis’ Citizenship by Investment programme.
