Divi Set to Debut New “Oceans” Resort in St Maarten

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - February 9, 2022

Divi Resorts is set to open its second resort-within-a-resort in the Caribbean, this time in St Maarten.

Following the launch of its Oceans brand at St Croix’s Divi Carina Bay resort, Divi will next week debut another Oceans resort at its Divi Little Bay Beach Resort in St Maarten.

Oceans at Divi Little Bay will open on Feb. 19, Caribbean Journal has learned.

“We’re thrilled to add this exclusive new brand to our Caribbean resort offerings,” said Marco Galaverna, president and CEO of Divi Resorts. “Over the years, we’ve seen trends change, and our guests have requested additional touches and services. Oceans will deliver with a beautiful new product, the most requested items, and popular VIP touches.”

Oceans at Divi Little Bay is a 98-room resort, billed as an elevated accommodations experience.

That includes touches like Nespresso machines, mini fridges and a soft ambient lighting, among others.

It’s nearly twice the size of the Oceans at Divi Carina Bay property, which has 50 rooms.
