A New Conrad Hotel Is Opening Soon in Tulum, Mexico

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - December 31, 2021

The first-ever Conrad hotel in the Mexican Caribbean is making its debut in Tulum this month.

The newest addition to the HIlton Hotels portfolio will officially open its doors on Jan. 15, Caribbean Journal confirmed.

The Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya will open with 349 rooms, including seven eateries and bars, with a range of dining concepts from Mediterranean to Asian.

That’s along with five pools, a spa and a prime stretch of Tulum beachfront.

It’s a sign of the growing demand for Tulum, which continues to attract bigger brands, including Marriott and Kimpton just in the last 12 months.

And it’s yet another new property in the Mexican Caribbean for Hilton, which has also been rapidly growing its all-inclusive portfolio across the Riviera Maya.

The launch comes just over a year after Hilton opened its first-ever Conrad in Mexico, the Conrad Punta de Mita, which debuted in 2020.
