The Aruba Marriott complex has a new general manager: Raoul Lemmerling, who will oversee the daily operations, staff development and financial planning at the Aruba Marriott Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, Marriott Aruba Surf Club, and Marriott Aruba Ocean Club. 

Lemmerling was most recently the cluster general manager at seven Marriott properties in London. 

His career includes serving as the general manager at the Westin Paris Vendome and the London Marriott County Hall, among other properties. 

“I feel honored to take the lead of this world-class complex and resort, especially during such a pinnacle moment in time for the travel industry,” said Lemmerling. “It’s inspiring to see so many guests and owners returning to visit Aruba and to see our team happy and busy doing what they love to do – taking care of our guests. There’s a clear, pent-up demand to relax and return to travel, and I couldn’t be more excited to work with this dedicated team to welcome travelers back.”

The Aruba Marriott Complex is the largest Marriott property in the Caribbean, comprised of the 414-room Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, the 311-guestroom Marriott’s Aruba Ocean Club, and Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club with 900 guestrooms.
