The hottest new hotel in Montego Bay has officially relaunched, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The S Hotel Jamaica, which launched last year and quickly injected a wave of new energy into Montego Bay’s “Hip Strip,” is now open once again.
The Crissa Hotels property has reopened under a new system of health and safety protocols amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
That includes markers across the property for physical distancing; a maximum capacity for the pool, restaurant, spa and gym; reduced furniture in all guest spaces; masks required in all public spaces; and regular temperature checks in high-use areas like the main gate, front desk and restaurants, among others.
“We want to reassure our guests that the measures put in place are to protect against COVID-19 transmission and that Crissa Hotels is committed to providing a clean and safe environment for their visit,” the company said in a statement.
Crissa Hotels’ other property in Jamaica, the Spanish Court in Kingston, is also open.
