Governments of Trinidad and Tobago, India Hold First Joint Commission

Trinidad Foreign Minister Dr Surujrattan Rambachan is in India today attending the Inaugural Session of the Joint Commission between the Republic of Trinidad and the Republic of India in New Delhi.

Trinidad’s delegate will be led by Rambachan and a host of officials, including Margaret Parrillon, Permanent Secretary for the Foreign Ministry and High Commissioner for Trinidad in New Delhi, Chandradath Singh.

The two sides are discussing areas of cooperation including tourism, civil aviation, trade and information and communications technology.
