One of the most luxurious villas on The Bahamas’ Paradise Island is heading to auction.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 5,334-square-foot villa is set on a quarter-acre waterfront lot on the western end of Paradise Island, according to Concierge Auctions, which is handling the sale on Jan. 29.
It had previously been listed for sale for $8.495 million.
It will sell at or above $4 million in cooperation with Bahamas-based HG Christie Ltd.
Amenities at the gated-community villa range from housekeeping and a private concierge to a private dock and a waterfront pool — and even a private boat and a captain.
It comes with beach access as well.
The property also comes with an optional $1 million finishing package with purchase, according to the company.
The stunning master suite has views of Nassau Harbour, along with a sitting area and a balcony.
