The $250 million Jimmy Buffett-inspired resort, which is currently under construction, is slated to open by the end of 2019.

The property, which will feature 150 guest rooms, 148 oceanfront residences, meeting space, a spa and a cascading water pool, among other amenities.

That’s along with a 45-slip marina with berths for up to 150-food yachts.

“The entire Aimbridge team is extremely excited about this new addition to our portfolio,” said Dave Johnson, chief executive officer and chairman of Aimbridge Hospitality. “I know we have one or two Parrotheads on our team, but we are all looking forward to managing this prestigious brand and bringing the Jimmy Buffet experience to all guests of the resort.”

Food and beverage concepts will include JWB Prime Steak and Seafood; Horizons, a rooftop eatery; the Landshark Bar & Grill; the 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill; The Lone Palm Beach Bar; the Floridays Airstream Cafe and the Margaritaville Coffee Shop.

The project is set at The Pointe, a mixed-use development in downtown Nassau.

Margaritaville Holdings currently has 11 Margaritaville-branded properties across the southeastern United States and the Caribbean.
