How to Join Thomas Keller in Cap Cana

One of the world’s greatest chefs is heading to the Dominican Republic this November for a major culinary event.

The Eden Roc at Cap Cana resort in the Dominican Republic is launching a “Thomas Keller Gastronomy and Golf Weekend,” a series of events that will pay homage to Keller’s cuisine (and include some serious golf, too).

The weekend includes a meet and mingle hosted by Keller, along with “An Evening With Thomas Keller,” a dinner prepared by the resort’s executive chef, Gianluca Re Fraschini, and a farm-to-table brunch, among other events.

It will take place Nov. 15-19.

Playa Caleton.

Keller is best known for his restaurants The French Laundry and Per Se, both of which have three Michelin stars.

The property’s Thomas Keller package includes a four-night stay in a junior suite or one-bedroom suite, daily breakfast, two rounds of golf, the meet and mingle event, an invitation to the evening with Keller, a farm-to-table brunch, a cooking class with the resort’s chefs and a 50-minute massage.

In other words, it’s the recipe for a delicious getaway in the Dominican Republic.
