JetBlue Sees Continued Traffic Surge

JetBlue Airways continues to show very strong traffic growth, according to the New York-based carrier’s latest data.

JetBlue reported 3.43 billion revenue passenger miles in September, a 10.8 percent increase compared to the same month in 2015.

That was joined by a 7.9 percent increase in available seat miles to 4.125 billion last month, while load factor rose by 2.1 percentage points to 83.2 percent.

JetBlue reported a completion factor of 99.5 percent, with on-time performance of 78.7 percent.
