Hyatt Ziva Cancun Makes Debut

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - August 5, 2016

There’s a new way to stay at an adults-only in Cancun — and it’s not where you’d expect.

Hyatt Ziva Cancun has officially debuted its new hotel-within-a-hotel concept called Turquoize.

Cancun Adults-Only

A swim-up oceanview room.

The property features oceanfront suites with 270-degree sea views and professional butlers, among other amenities.

“With Turquoize, we wanted to create an experience unlike any other in the area, with the knowledge that a little privacy—and a lot of access—can be the biggest luxury for travelers,” said Playa Hotels & Resorts Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer, Kevin Froemming. “Here, guests can enjoy the luxuries and comfort of a five-star resort and the private, personalized feel of a boutique, adults-only property.”

The new experience includes private airport transfers, VIP check-in, balconies with private hot tubs (or swim-up suites), floor-to-ceiling rainfall showers, exclusive access to the rooftop infinity pool and preferred seating at the Tradewind restaurant, among other features.

Adults-Only Cancun

An oceanfront master king room.

The Turquoize resort offers adult guests secluded, adults-only facilities within the all-ages resort.

Ziva is part of the larger Playa Hotels and Resorts portfolio, which includes Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, Hyatt Zilara & Hyatt Ziva Cancun, Hyatt Zilara & Hyatt Ziva in Rose Hall Jamaica and Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta under the Hyatt brand.
