AMResorts is having a big 2015.

The company announced that it would be adding three more all-inclusive Caribbean resorts to its development pipeline: Breathless Montego Bay Resort and Spa, Breathless Playa del Carmen Resort and Spa and Dreams Villas Playa del Carmen.

The company has now announced 12 new resort management deals so far this year.

Breathless Montego Bay is slated to open in Jamaica in late 2016, with 150 rooms and suites. The property will be located next to sister properties Secrets St James Montego Bay and Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay.

“Montego Bay and Playa del Carmen are ideal destinations for our resort brands as they offer a combination of natural beauty, premier beaches and an overall welcoming atmosphere,” said Gonzalo del Peon, President of AMResorts. “Expanding our Breathless and Dreams Resorts & Spas brands enables us to broaden our appeal among travelers interested in these popular destinations, whether visiting with friends, family or significant others.”

AMResorts is adding another property in Montego Bay at the end of the year, Sunscape Montego Bay.

Breathless Playa del Carmen will open in 2017 with 500 rooms, while Dreams Villas Playa del Carmen will open with 150 luxury villas and 50 junior suites.

“The impressive growth of our resort portfolio this year is a testament to hotel owners’ confidence in our unique, vertically integrated business model and reflects the high level of opportunity the market currently offers to investors seeking to enter the all-inclusive sector,” said Alex Zozaya, CEO of Apple Leisure Group. “
