Anguilla. Home to some of the most beautiful beaches anywhere in the Caribbean. And some remarkable villas.

Like this one — a villa on Barnes Bay on the West End of Anguilla.

It’s listed for $19.9 million with Anguilla Properties Sotheby’s International Realty.

The property, which was designed by architect Ronald O. Van Pelt, with landscaping by Larry Steinle, has 28,000 square feet of living space with three open-air dining areas, its own orchard and four separate wings.

It has a regulation tennis court, a 60×25-foot infinity pool (one of two on the property) and custom African mahogany millwork.
