The Magdalena Grand Beach and Golf Resort in Tobago has just added its newest position: the Airport Concierge.

New hire Duane Paty will greet guests who arrive in Trinidad to help them on their connecting journey to Tobago.

“Magdalena Grand Beach and Golf Resort prides itself on offering impeccable customer service and we believe one way of improving the vacation experience for our guests is to provide an in-airport concierge to assist those travelers who arrive to our dual island Republic in Trinidad and take the inter-island air-bridge to Tobago,” said Nikolas Eastwick-Field, principal, efm Hospitality Solutions, the operator and manager of Magdalena Grand. “A Magdalena Grand representative will greet guests in Trinidad to help ensure seamless experiences whether beginning their vacation or continuing their journey home.”

After guests clear customs, Paty will greet them and escort them to the Caribbean Airlines counter to ensure their check-in for the flight Tobago runs smoothly.

Paty comes to the property from Trinidad-based Gordon Grant and Company Limited.
