OAS, CARICOM to Observe Guyana Vote

Several international organizations will observe Guyana’s general elections this year, according to a senior Guyanese government official. Both CARICOM and the Organization of American States have agreed to send observers, and Guyana asked the European Union yesterday to send a mission to oversee the election. [Demarara Waves]
