Crucell: Haiti Refused Cholera Vaccine

Dutch company Crucell, the maker of Dukoral, the leading cholera vaccine, says Haiti refused an offer of tens of thousands of doses of the vaccine last year that could have helped mitigate the spread of the disease. Health officials turned down the request, according to Ronald Brus, CEO of Crucell. [Financial Times]
