“El San Juan Resort & Casino is already a magnet for dining and non-stop entertainment,” said Olivier Maumaire, general manager, in a release.  “This inventive take on the steakhouse experience gives us yet another edge in offering delectable dining concepts to our guests as well as our local friends.”

Executive chefs Sean Brasel and David Burner will supervise the eatery, which will also include a Crudo Bar featuring tiraditos and a “Chic Bar” focusing on made-to-order cocktails.

The original Miami Beach restaurant opened on the famous Lincoln Road in October 2008.

“Meat Market Miami will combine the flair of San Juan with the style of Miami Beach, complementing the nine other restaurants offered at the resort,” Maumaire said.
