The ranking represented a two-slot improvement from October.

Haiti remains the second-highest-ranked Caribbean side, with a global ranking of 57th.

Trinidad is the third-ranked Caribbean team, followed by the Dominican Republic, which rose 10 spots to reach 92nd in the world.
