Nevis’ Top Luxury Resort Has a New Beachfront Sushi Bar

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - January 8, 2024

The celebrated Four Seasons Resort Nevis is upping its culinary game this winter with the addition of a new beachfront sushi bar.

The property’s Kastawey Beach Bar has been transformed into a “traditional seaside sushi sensation,” led by expert sushi chef Edirisuriya De Seram.

The new menu has handcrafted rolls, nigiri and sashimi.

It’s part of a broader Japanese-focused menu expansion at the resort, which will also see the addition of a weekly omakase experience at the private chef’s counter at the EsQuilina restaurant.

The omakase experience will be limited to 10 guests on Saturday nights, with up to 15 course.

It’s part of a menu revamp by the resort’s new director of food and beverage, Antoine L’homme.

“At Four Seasons Resort Nevis, we believe in creating culinary memories that transcends borders,” said L’homme, Director of Food and Beverage. “Through our diverse culinary programming, we are providing our guests with an immersive experience that transports them around the world without leaving the shores of Nevis. From creative cocktails inspired by the island’s surroundings to authentic sushi, Mexican and Caribbean experiences on the beach, there is something to savor for every palate.”
