This Saint Lucia All-Inclusive Just Completed a $6M Renovation

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - October 31, 2022

Saint Lucia’s popular Coconut Bay Beach Resort has completed a $6 million renovation project.

The resort reopened its doors earlier this month after a wide-ranging update that included guest rooms, the CocoLand Kidz Klub, the Wedding Center, tennis and basketball courts and the main bar area, among other upgrades.

The resort’s Peter John’s Lounge also received a complete makeover; the bar is an adults-only space during the evenings, with rum tastings and a weekly “chocolate extravaganza.”

“Our overriding objective is to make improvements enhancing all aspects of our guests’ experiences,” says Mark Adams, President and CEO of Coconut Bay Beach Resort and Spa. “Each year we set our priority action list using the suggestions and wishes our guests share with us and because we’re independently owned and operated, it’s easier for us to make them a reality.”

The resort also saw a complete resurfacing of all of its four basketball and four tennis courts, along with a new-look at the 400-foot Coconut Cannon and 300-foot Coconut Coaster slides at the waterpark.

That’s along with a “fresh new entryway” on arrival.

The 250-room resort saw new sofas in its Harmony Wing’s fourth floor rooms, along with plans for a new interior aesthetic this winter.
