Highgate Names New Commercial Chief as Global Hotel Platform, Including Caribbean Portfolio, Expands

Highgate has named Siim Karu as Chief Commercial Officer, adding a senior commercial executive to a hospitality investment and management platform with assets and operations across the Caribbean, United States, Europe, and Latin America.

Karu’s immediate remit will center on Europe, where he will oversee revenue management, sales, distribution, marketing, technology, and performance optimization. The appointment also reflects the broader commercial model behind Highgate’s global hotel business, including its interests in the Caribbean.
