A Major New Luxury Development Is Taking Shape in Anguilla, With a 118-Berth Superyacht Marina, an Equinox Resort, and Branded Residences

A major new luxury real estate and marina development is taking shape in Anguilla, where Port Nimara has marked its official launch as work advances on a waterfront project bringing together a superyacht marina, an Equinox Hotels resort, branded residences, oceanfront villas and a new private yacht club.

The development recently hosted government officials, project partners, prospective buyers and members of the international yachting and luxury real estate community for a private preview, giving attendees their first look at completed marina infrastructure from the water.
