A Snapshot of Private Equity Investments in the Caribbean Hotel Market

Private equity investment hotel projects (PEIs) are popping up here and there throughout the Caribbean.

In August, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts announced its new 124-acre Exuma project, in partnership with Miami-based Yntegra Group. Other emerging heavy hitters in the space include the likes of LionGrove, Driftwood Capital and London & Regional.
