Four Seasons Nevis’ Next Residential Phase Continues Progress

Construction activity has shifted from groundwork to visible vertical progress at Nevis Peak Residences, the newest residential enclave within the Four Seasons Resort Nevis community. On the island’s west coast, multiple buildings are now advancing simultaneously, marking a clear transition from planning to physical presence for one of Nevis’s most closely watched luxury real estate projects.

Early infrastructure works across the site are complete, and Buildings 1, 3, and 4 are now preparing for slab pours. Buildings 3 and 4 are expected to move into vertical construction over the coming months, a step that will bring the development above grade and firmly into view. Building 2 is scheduled to break ground shortly, completing the site’s transition into its next construction phase.
