New St Maarten Luxury Resort Project On Track for 2027-28 High Season

Six months after its market debut, Vie L’Ven Resort & Residences—a 280-room residential resort in St. Maarten— has hit new milestones in construction, with completion on target for high-season 2027/2028, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.  

The project bills itself as the first true five-star resort on the Dutch side of the island.
