There’s Another New Residential Resort Project in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos

Developer Grace Bay Resorts has another new project in Turks and Caicos: The Point, a highly-anticipated residential resort that will be set on the island’s famous Grace Bay Beach.  

And the new Turks and Caicos development is already nearing the 50 percent sales mark, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.
