Cayman Islands-Barbados Flights Set to Launch
The first-ever nonstop service between the Cayman Islands and Barbados is launching this month.
Cayman Airways is set to kick off new nonstop service between Grand Cayman and Barbados on Oct. 18, Caribbean Journal has confirmed.
The new flights will initially operate once weekly on Wednesdays.
Beginning Nov. 7, Cayman Airways will add Tuesday and Thursday flights, with Wednesday and Friday flights starting on Nov. 8 and 10, respectively.
The new route will enhance intra-regional travel and provide a rather unique multi-destination getaway option for travelers.
Cayman Airways is further expanding its network next month with the launch of an additional weekly flight between Grand Cayman and Los Angeles.
