A New Kind of Culinary Adventure in Nassau

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - September 23, 2023

The Caribbean’s ultimate gourmet hotel, Graycliff in Nassau, The Bahamas has launched a new series of culinary adventures for the bon vivant

It’s called the Indulgences series, and the offering mixes the pairing of fine wines and spirits with delectable bites during an afternoon experience.

Each session is led by a sommelier or bartender who will guide guests through the selection of beverage pairings, joined by another staff member leading the guests through the food pairings.

Each series explores a different theme: “Bubbles and Lobster” pairs three distinct sparkling wines with lobster prepared three ways.

Other indulgences will cover Bubbles and Conch; Rums and Chocolate; and Tequila and Seafood, among others.

“Our aim with Indulgences at Graycliff Hotel & Restaurant is to offer our guests an experience combining our finest elements of gastronomy and hospitality,” says Enrico Garzaroli, CEO of Graycliff Hotel & Restaurant. “We are excited to provide guests the opportunity to savor the interplay of flavours and aromas from expertly paired wines or spirits with exceptional culinary creations.”

It’s the perfect way to spend a late afternoon in Nassau, The Bahamas.

Indulgences experiences are offered three times per week: Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, from 4:30 PM to 6 PM.
