Four Seasons’ New Caribbean Resort Just Broke Ground

The newest Four Seasons resort in the Caribbean has officially broken ground on a private island, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The new project is estimated at $200 million, and will include a hotel, private residences and a golf course, among other amenities.

It’s best known for its Miami Beach location, and now the Setai brand is coming to the Caribbean, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.

It’s the biggest trend in Caribbean hotel development right now: the residential resort, and particularly the branded residential resort.
