The Club Med Punta Cana Has New Rooms and a New Look

Club Med has unveiled a new look at its flagship Caribbean resort: the Club Med Punta Cana. 

The popular Dominican Republic all-inclusive has completed renovations and extensions at the property, including a transformation of its signature eatery, Hispaniola, with a look evoking a “Caribbean beach bistro.” 

The Club Med Punta Cana ha also renovated 90 of its family rooms, while adding 48 new Family Superior rooms and another 36 Family Deluxe rooms. 

Each room has two bedrooms: one for adults, one for children, and is set narthex heart of the resort. 

That’s along with a new destination wedding venue, in partnership with Brazilian wedding planning company Grupo Bisutti; the new space can accommodate up to 250 guests, with a nearly 4,000-square-foot outdoor terrace. 

The resort’s Club Med Spa by L’Occitane has debuted a newly-renovated beauty salon as well. 

The Club Med Punta Cana is one of two Dominican Republic resorts for the brand, along with the Club Med Miches Playa Esmeralda.
