More Miami-St Maarten Flights for the Holidays

St Maarten is getting a boost for the peak holiday season this winter, Caribbean Journal has learned.

American Airlines has announced plans to ramp up its service between Miami and St Maarten to three daily flights.

The expanded schedule will take effect between Dec. 20 and Jan. 7, 2024, the height of the winter travel season at St Maarten’s Princess Juliana International Airport.

American said the expansion “reinforces American’s commitment to Miami with service to 150 destinations, the most of any carrier” at Miami International Airport.

American is growing its seat capacity from Miami this winter by 10 percent.
