American Airlines Is Adding More Miami-Trinidad Flights

American Airlines is adding more daily nonstop flights to the island of Trinidad this winter, Caribbean Journal has learned. 

The world’s largest airline is launching an additional daily nonstop flight between Miami International Airport and Piarco International Airport in Port of Spain in December.

The expansion will mean a total of two daily nonstop flights between Miami and Trinidad, in a boost for the island’s renewed tourism push.

Trinidad is also receiving additional service this summer on JetBlue out of New York.  

American is significantly ramping up its Caribbean flight network for the winter 2023-2024 season.
