Hilton’s New Resort-Within-a-Resort in the Riviera Maya

Hilton’s first Conrad resort in the Caribbean is adding a new resort-within-a-resort concept to its Riviera Maya retreat, Caribbean Journal has learned. 

The Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya is adding a new collection of rooms called the Ceiba Club, featuring exclusive amenities and experiences. 

The Ceiba Club consists of eight different rooms and suites, all with floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies with relaxation tubs. They also receive nightly turndown service and touches like sun care toiletry its, bottles of wine and local chocolates in the room.

Guests in the Club also have private check-in, dedicate concierge, and all-day dining options by a Ceiba-specific chef. 

Ceiba Club guests also get access to the private club lounge and beach areas, along with the Chiringuito Carbon pool and priority access to culinary events.

Hilton has been rapidly expanding its resort offering in the Caribbean, particularly on the Caribbean coast of Mexico.
