Nobu Just Opened a Residential Resort in Los Cabos

Nobu Hospitality has opened a new residential resort in Los Cabos, Mexico. 

The company has officially debuted the new Nobu Residences, a new “home away form home” concept with 60 residential-style accommodations. 

The new build includes exclusive amenities for guests of the Residences, including a wellness center called Esencia Onset, along with a fitness center. 

Guests will have access to all amenities at the adjacent Nobu Hotel Los Cabos, including four pools, a spa, several fine-dining eateries and even a pair of new pickleball courts. 

“Our goal when creating Nobu Residences was to give guests a sanctuary that they can call home in Los Cabos,” said Richard Sorensen, General Manager at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos. “With amplified luxury amenities unique to the Residences such as private pools, home gyms, barbeques, and more, new doors are opened to experience the Nobu lifestyle on a personal level, whether it’s hosting private dinners and events, or just spending quality time with family.”

The residences range from one to four bedrooms, starting with garden or golf new king one-bedrooms and culiminating with the Kogane Penthouse, which has four king and double king bedrooms and a sweeping private terrace. 

It’s part of a broader expansion fro Nobu in Los Cabos that includes the opening of a new rooftop eatery called Muna.

The Nobu brand is the product of a partnership between legendary Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper. 

Nobu also has hotels in development in the Caribbean in Barbuda, Punta Cana Tulum.
